Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. This page explains which ones our site uses and why.
What our own site uses
Our site currently does not use cookies for advertising, targeting or profiling. On our own behalf we only store the following:
- omp-consent (browser local storage): remembers your cookie choice. Strictly necessary; you are asked again after 12 months.
- omp-a11y (browser local storage): remembers your choices in the accessibility panel (text size, high contrast, stop motion, etc.). Necessary/functional in nature, contains no personal data, and stays in your browser until you delete it.
Third-party cookies
- Google Maps (Functional): the map on the Contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies. The map is loaded only if you allow “Functional” cookies; otherwise a link is shown instead.
- Our infrastructure provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to keep the site secure and fast.
If we start using an analytics tool for visit statistics in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent in advance for any non-essential cookies.
How to manage cookies
In the cookie window shown on your first visit you can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. No non-essential category runs without your permission. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page.
You can also delete or block cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings (the “Privacy” section in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge). You can clear your accessibility preferences with the “Reset settings” button at the bottom of the panel. Blocking cookies does not affect the core functioning of the site.
