This notice has been prepared by One More Project (“OMP”), acting as data controller, to inform you about how your personal data is processed, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this notice prevails.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process
- Contact form: full name, e-mail address, (if you share them) phone number, company/brand name, the service field you are interested in, and the content of your message.
- Job application (Join Us): full name, contact details, the field applied for, CV/portfolio and any other information you choose to include in those documents.
- Transaction security: records kept automatically by our hosting infrastructure during your visit, such as IP address, date and time, browser and device information.
We do not request special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data, etc.) through our site; please do not share such information in the forms.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your requests, preparing proposals and communicating with you,
- Conducting discussions prior to the conclusion of a service agreement,
- Evaluating job applications and running recruitment processes,
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse and spam,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the forms on our site, send us an e-mail or visit the site. Processing relies on the following legal bases under Article 5/2 of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). Where none of these apply, we ask for your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Only to the extent necessary to provide the service, it may be transferred to our hosting and infrastructure provider, to the e-mail delivery provider that forwards form messages to us, and to legally authorised public bodies. These providers’ servers may be located abroad; transfers abroad are carried out in line with the procedures and safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years after the request has been concluded,
- Job applications: up to 1 year after the application has been evaluated (we ask for your consent for longer retention),
- Transaction security records: for the periods required by the relevant legislation.
Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information if it is,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data is transferred,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; and to request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of these operations,
- To object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the operation entails an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
